Another week, another blog post. How was your weekend? Great I hope?! What big and small hopes and plans do you have for the week?
While you ponder that, let me tell you about my sweet potatoes smoothie. If you read my blog posts routinely, as I hope you do, you would have seen the post I made about Fruit boost and if you haven’t, you should check it out here. You should also check my YouTube channel. Head on to the YouTube app or website and search for Quintessential Faith or just click here to go to my YouTube channel.

The fruit boost forms a necessary element of this smoothie so click this link to learn how I made it.
So what did I use?
One sweet potatoes

I like the colors. So orange looking and so out there.
What did I do?
To ease the blending process and to ensure the blender stays top notch, the sweet potatoes was cut into small chops. The fruit boost was added to the blender and the chopped sweet potatoes was added to the blender too and this mix was blended till it was smooth.
That’s it. Simple. One smoothie can serve as base for another. You can apparently make a new smoothie just by adding one more ingredient. That’s essentially what I did here. The taste? Amazing! Would you try this out?

I enjoyed it. You may enjoy it too. Let me know your best homemade smoothie and how you make it in the comment section. I set out the year in hopes that I would release at least one post per week. I have been able to achieve that and I am thankful to God and everyone that has helped me physically and otherwise to be able to do this.

I am scared about the hardness of the sweet potato. Won’t it spoil the blender? Or can I boil 1st?

You can preboil it or cut it really small. If you cut it small it should be about the texture of carrot.
