Hello. Happy New month to you. What is your day like? Do you have to leave home for some hours during the day to go to work? Remember to stay safe at home and outside your house. Remember to follow the guidelines given by all designated authorities on what’s right to do. Wash your hands routinely and do you best to eat well rounded meals. I pray that God keeps you and your family safe and, me and mine in Jesus name! Amen!
Before going into the post for today, I want to remind you that I have a YouTube channel. Can you take some minutes to heard over there and subscribe? This is the link, click. You would be glad you did ๐
My smoothies often have a vegetable component but this one doesn’t. I thought I would do something that just down right fruity! Depending on how you make yours, it could be a smoothie or juice. In my case, it’s a fruit boost smoothie. Creamy fruit boost.
Banana and mango usually add creamy texture to smoothie, so if you do not want the creamy texture, you can skip the banana.

So what did I use?
A cup of chopped and deseeded watermelon ๐
A cup of chopped pineapple ๐
Half a cup of squeezed orange ๐ plus the fiber
One ripe banana ๐
Yes just those four. That’s what I used.
How did I make it?
I added the orange to the blender first and then added the pineapple chops. The orange juice meant I already had enough liquid to help the blender make the smoothie and so I didn’t have to add water. So the orange doubles up as a blending-easing-agent and as a component of the smoothie. The orange and pineapple was blended till it was smooth then the watermelon was added and the mix was blended. *Wonder how many times I have used the word blend*.
Finally I peeled and chopped the banana and added it to the blender, guess what I did, that’s right, blended the mix. Creamy, fruit boost, ready. Pour into a jar and pour some for someone else to drink. Share the boost.

Fairly simple? Yes. Drinks like this mean that you can have sweet natural drinks instead of sweet processed drinks. I think it could help some people cut down on their consumption of over processed drinks. I believe that food and drinks you make yourself, with intention, can generally provide more benefit and taste variety.
Would you give this smoothie a try?
I like to share simple lifestyle habits that I try to engage in, that could make my life more healthy and impactful. So I hope you stick around. Subscribe to my blog and tell others about it. As always. Thank you for reading.
