Hello happy new week.
Happy Easter Monday!
Jesus is the reason for this season and all seasons. ❤️
I pray you spend time getting to know him and appreciating all that he did for humanity.
I have a question I would like you to answer in the comment section. Would you like an additional blog post per week? Right now you get one post a week but if you would like more than one a week or if one works for you, let me know.
More questions 😀: How have you been utilizing #stayathome? Spending time with God and his word? Resting? spending time with family? Reading? Taking courses or something else? I would like to know in the comment section too.
Last week I shared my first YouTube video. Yes YOUTUBE!
Quintessential YOUTUBE. Please check it out and subscribe! Some of my cooking posts would be made as video, so subscribe so you don’t miss out.
By the time you are reading this post, my second YouTube video should be out, so definitely check that out too.
This week on the blog, I have Fries.
Not your regular fries.
That’s right. It fries quite alright but it’s not regular.
Sometimes normal is good. Other times extra normal is good. Yes o. Extra normal. Adding extra to the normal.
Before we go on, can you take a moment to clap for consistency? Plus have you been sharing my blog post?
Back to today’s ‘program’. My seasoned fries. I wanted fries with a difference and that’s what I had.
See how beautiful it looks? Fried yet moist. Un hu.
So what did I do?
Potatoes was peeled and cut. Then grated garlic and ginger and powdered curry and thyme was mixed with the potatoes. Salt was added and the potatoes was fried.
Whenever I look at this picture it reminds me of the way I felt when I had the fries and I want more.
You should definitely try it.
How do you upgrade your potatoes from basic to extra?
Please share. Maybe I would try your suggestions out.
Sometimes it’s the simple additions that make for extra.
The pictures below are from the next time I tried this. A different sauce was used.
The garlic, onions, tomatoes and carrot above was fried with pepper and seasoning. Picture below! Delicious. Mouth watering, finger licking good!
As always thank you for taking out time to read my blog. It is important to me that you like, comment and share to as many people as possible.
