Have you prepared yourself for a tighter lockdown?
What are you doing to boost your immune system?
I advise that you wash your hands frequently, have hand sanitizer close by and use as often as is needed and that you social or physical distance.
While you are home, enjoy making your own food and drinks.
Do you like tea? I do. I don’t mind it. But I like it without milk in it.
Sometimes I don’t want hot tea. I want cold tea .
So I set out to make my own cold brew tea. It’s a beautiful jar of cold tea.
In the morning I washed an empty mason jar and added clean drinking water into the jar. I added about a cup and half of water.
I then added two tea bags. I used the Ahmad Vanilla tranquility tea bags.
And I took some pictures for you.
The essence of the tea begins to sip into the water almost immediately even though it is room temperature water.
I put the jar in the fridge and left it for about 7 hours.
After 7 hours, you can leave it for longer, I took it out. Added a tablespoon of sugar, about two tablespoons of lemon juice and two table spoons of ginger juice.
Time to drink
I enjoyed it.
If you have ice, you can add, and viola, Iced tea.
