Green smoothie day: Avocado and cucumber

Last week I shared a post about some of my favorite smoothies. This week I am sharing a post about how I make one of them. It’s really quite simple.

Ingredients:

One medium size Avocado

One small cucumber

and

100mls of water (or more depending on how thick I want it).

Method:

Remove the flesh of the avocado and put in the smoothie maker or blender. Cut your cucumber into cubes and add to the blender. Then add the water and blend to the consistency you want.

Pour into a jar or cup and drink. One way to acquire a jar is by buying the stew mix or blend of peppers from HLK check them out on Instagram.
