My smoothie stash

Today I am sharing about my smoothie stash.

If I am not intentional about the things I put in my body, I may not give my body all the nutrients it needs to function and to rejuvenate.

As with other areas of lives, career, relationships, I believe it’s is necessary that a person does not leave their eating habit to fate because if you do, the body may be subjected to extra burden that it is incapable of dealing with.

I take different types of smoothies but some of my staples are:

Celery + Parsley + Pineapple 🍍

I like the idea of green smoothie. I get to ingest all the beautiful nutrients present in their green. The pineapple is added to make the taste a bit more pleasant.

Avocado πŸ₯‘ + Cucumber

This is another great combination. It tastes good and I get the healthy potassium and fatty content of avocado along with its rich taste and the soothing taste of cucumber.

Carrot πŸ₯• + Cucumber

Carrot is rich in carotene which it provides my body which is great for my eyes. My mouth enjoys the refreshing taste of cucumber and my body the antioxidant effects.

I try to have the items I need bought at the end of the week so that the smoothies can be prepared in advance for the week.

On days I do no forget, I take one or two bottles of smoothies. I think it has positively impacted me.
