Ingredients:
300mls of Soy milk
Three table sooons of chia seeds
Slices of Avocado
Chops or slices of carrot
How to:
Pour the soy milk into your mason jar and then add the chia seeds. Shake and allow to stand for about 5 minutes and shake again before refrigerating for 4 hours.
Serve with toppings of your choice. I used avocado and carrot.
Beautiful, simple and healthy.
