Happy Sunday

I am working at being consistent with my blogging. If you are trying to learn consistency then you should totally check this post on consistency.

Have you had your smoothie today?

Guess what I am having via the image below.

The year is closer to the end than to the beginning of 2018.

November bears uniqueness to me because it’s the birth month of my marriage.

It’s almost the end of the year and whether November bears uniqueness to you or not, I imagine you would want to take stock of your year so far.

While you are at it, remember to be grateful for the things you have. Perhaps you are not where you want to be, but maybe it could have been worse. Besides a negative outlook and worrying never really helps anyways.

A few things to be grateful for:

You can read, that’s why you are on my blog

You can browse and access the net, that’s why you are on my blog

Because you can access the internet, you can learn a number of things from my blog and other websites

Your eyes work and that’s why you are on my site

Your are alive, that’s why you are on my website and when there is life, there is hope.

“For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.”

‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭9:4‬ ‭KJV‬‬

So while you take stock, get grateful, count your blessings, then strategize.

Remember to take stock of your eating habit through the year and try to make positive changes where necessary.

Eat balanced diet.

Eat a variety of food.

Include vegetables in your meals.

Drink water.

Drink your smoothie 😊. To read some of the benefits of smoothie check out my happy smoothie.

I hope you have a restful Sunday.

Thank you for reading, please subscribe, like, comment and share with family and friends.

It’s always a pleasure when I get comments on and about blog posts. It’s encouraging.
